Data Deletion Instructions

TNR Business Solutions respects your privacy. This page explains how you can request deletion of data collected via our apps and website, including data obtained through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) integrations.

Quick option: Email us at Roy.Turner@tnrbusinesssolutions.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the identifiers listed below.

What we may store

  • Basic business contact details you provide (name, email, phone).
  • Content you generate in our tools (e.g., post copy), if you explicitly choose to save it.
  • Tokens required to post to your own social accounts (stored securely and revocable at any time).
  • Operational logs needed to ensure reliable service and security.

How to request deletion

Option A — Email (Recommended)

Send an email to Roy.Turner@tnrbusinesssolutions.com with:

  • Your full name and company name (if applicable)
  • Email and/or phone associated with your account
  • Links or IDs of connected assets (e.g., Facebook Page ID, Instagram @handle)
  • A brief statement requesting deletion of your data

We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days (usually much faster).

Option B — Revoke Access via Meta

You can immediately revoke our access from your Meta account:

  • Facebook: Settings > Business Integrations → remove "TNR Social Automation"
  • Instagram: Settings > Apps and Websites → remove our app

Revoking access stops any further data processing. You may still email us to delete previously stored data.

Verification & timelines

For security, we may ask you to verify ownership of the email, phone, Facebook Page or Instagram account you want us to remove. Once verified, we will permanently delete or anonymize associated records from our systems and backups per our retention policy.

If your request involves data stored with third-party providers (e.g., Meta), we will guide you to their controls as needed.
