As a Digital Marketing Agent / Account Executive at TNR Business Solutions, you will connect with business owners, present tailored digital strategies (high-converting websites, Local SEO map pack ranking, social automation, and paid ad management), and lock in ongoing monthly retainer contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- B2B Prospecting & Consultation: Identify local service businesses (contractors, medical practices, legal, auto, retail) needing digital upgrades.
- ROI Pitching: Conduct digital audits and present clear growth plans that demonstrate measurable return on investment.
- Closing Monthly Retainers: Secure recurring monthly marketing contracts for SEO, social media management, Google Business Profiles, and AI lead automation.
- Client Relationship Building: Partner with our internal design and SEO delivery team to ensure long-term client retention.
💰 Compensation & Earning Structure
- Upfront Commission: 30% of the first month’s revenue on every new web development or marketing project closed.
- Monthly Recurring Residual: 10% lifetime monthly residual on recurring monthly marketing retainers for the duration of the client relationship.
- Quarterly Performance Bonuses: Cash bonuses awarded for exceeding sales volume milestones.
Requirements
- 2+ years in B2B sales, digital media sales, advertising account management, or agency growth.
