  • A 50% deposit may be required to begin any project.

  • Full payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per 30 days past due.

4. Project Timelines

TNR Business Solutions will provide estimated delivery timelines. Delays may occur due to scope changes, delayed feedback, or unforeseen issues.

5. Revisions

Projects typically include up to two rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date must be paid for in full. Upon termination, all paid-for materials are the sole property of the client.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information

  • Respond to review requests, approvals, and content within a reasonable time

  • Maintain responsibility for final review and compliance with industry regulations

8. Limitation of Liability

TNR Business Solutions is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, data, or opportunity due to delays or changes outside our control

  • Third-party platform restrictions or account suspensions

9. Confidentiality

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any disputes shall be handled in the local courts of Westmoreland County.
